Still the Beaver was a remake of 1950s sitcom Leave it to Beaver. It ran from 1983 to 1989, and was on the Disney Channel from 1984 to 1985. Even though it had been many years since the original was ended, the original cast was hired. In the show, Beaver is an adult, divorced and living with his mother, who is a widow.
